Pilot Partner now offers Multi-Camera Live Stream services in the Central Texas area for Wedding Live Streams, Live Music Live Streams and other Events.
Wedding Live Stream Packages
With the Wedding Live Stream services we will setup our Multi-Camera Audio and video system to capture your event. Shots will be setup to capture all of the key moments of your event including the video and audio. We will provide a URL link that you will give to your guests to watch the live stream.

We are offering our Standard Package for $695 if you book before December 15th, 2020 for an event before June 1st, 2021!
Standard Package ($995*)
The Standard Package will live stream your wedding ceremony for approximately an hour and comes with:
- 3 Fixed Cameras on Tripods
- 1 Mobile Camera on Steady Cam with Camera Operator
- 2 Wireless Microphones (Typically Groom & Officiant)
- Boom Microphone to Capture Bride and other Sounds
- Music
- Custom Designed Graphic for Opening of Event
- Raw Video Output on Thumb Drive/Cloud Drive
- File(s) for the Actual Live Stream Audio/Video
- File(s) for each Raw Camera Angle & Audio
Our crew will consist of 2 people, one to run the live stream and audio and one to operate the mobile camera. Our crew will be wearing masks during COVID-19 season.
Custom Packages ($1695 and up)

- More than 4 Cameras
- More Microphones
- Coverage for Ceremony, Reception and other events greater than an hour
- DJ Services for Ceremony and Reception
- Professional Editing of a final Wedding Video
Requirements
In order Live Stream Services, the venue you select must have internet access that can sustain 20Mbps Upload and Download during the event and WIFI in the venue area. If quality internet is not available, cellular based hotspots is an option at additional cost, but often will produce a lower quality result.
Live Stream cameras are subject to interference from guest’s cellphones. For best performance we recommend guests at your venue put their phones into Airplane mode during the event.
Booking and Payment*
Contact us at livestream@pilotpartner.net to check for availability and custom pricing. A 50% Deposit is required to book a date. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the event. Canceling within the last 14 days will incur a 10% of the Total package fee, and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
