Pilot Partner Flying Club - How to Guides

Pilot Partner Fleet Management allows Flying Clubs, Partnerships and other Shared Aircraft Owners to manage the flight time, monthly dues and other tasks related to operating a shared aircraft. Pilot Partner brings automation to the entire process to reduce the amount of time required to generate invoices, get paid and keep track of aircraft maintenance.

This page is divided into two sections. Section 1 is for the Members of the Fleet who are flying the aircraft.  Section 2 is for the Fleet Administrator who setups Pilot Partner and manages the invoices and other records. These training guides will help assist new members in learning Pilot Partner and completing the required tasks to enable automation.

Flying Members

As a member of a fleet you will have full access to Pilot Partner’s Electronic Pilot Logbooks software.  By logging your flights, you will automatically collect all of the required information your Fleet needs to generate invoices, track maintenance and run the fleet successfully.   The golden rule as a member of a Fleet is that you should, “Log your flight before the next pilot flies the aircraft.”   The best way to achieve this is to shut down the aircraft, log your flight on your iPhone/Android device, then unbuckle your seatbelt.

Use the links below to learn more about specific tasks that will help you use Pilot Partner as a Fleet Member.

Fleet Admins

This section will help Fleet Admins of Pilot Partner configure their fleet and get the most out of the features of Pilot Partner.
